God didn’t put me on this planet to be lazy

God didn’t put me on this planet to be average

God didn’t put me on this planet to hug my pillow

God didn’t put me on this planet to complain

God didn’t put me on this planet to compare myself to others

God didn’t put me in this planet to just scroll through social media

God didn’t put me on this planet to just consume content, he put me on this planet to create it

God put me on this planet to be great

God put me on this planet to achieve my goals

God put me on this planet to show others its possible

God put me on this planet to get after it

Don’t worry about feelings towards what you’re doing

Just do it anyway

In life I’m going to have to do plenty of things that I don’t like

But what separates the good from the great is how they approach it

I will work on keeping my emotions in check when it comes to completing things that I don’t want to complete

I’ve started to love the process because i don’t think about hard work as hard work

I think of it as good work

The kind of work that will make me better

The kind of work that I will be proud of myself for completing

That’s why discipline is so important, now that I’m disciplined, I can do anything

I need to do and do it as if I love it

Working hard is the best way to show gratitude
