exam day is game day

Think about studying or learning as practicing. You do drills, condition, study film, and ask for help. After you put in all this work, it’s time to show the world what you can do once game day rolls around.

It’s a chance for you to show how the hard work you’ve been putting in in practice will pay off. If the exam doesn’t go well, it could mean that you didn’t practice hard enough or you didn’t have the right game plan for the opponent and sometimes the test is just difficult just like how the other team might just be better than you and you can live with that as long as you know you did the best you could.

Being a huge sports fan, thinking about exams and school in this capacity helped ease my testing anxiety. It made school more relatable to real life.
